There are so many questions when it comes to baked goods. No question is too big or too small for our team to answer, so feel free to reach out and ask whatever is on your mind.
HOW DOES YOUR SYSTEM WORK?
We are a home-based baking business. We DO NOT bake anything in advance, but we do try to optimize our resources to minimize our waste. You order online, we receive your order and you will see in your confirmation email, the date and times available for your pickup or delivery (depending of what you chose at the time of checkout). You will always see on our website which yummy treats are available for the upcoming weeks.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
If you are going to consume the goods within 24 hrs of your purchase, they will keep good on your counter with the original packaging. if you cut a piece and want to save more for the next few days. We recommend you wrap your baked good in plastic (saran wrap or ziploc bags) to keep fresh. Some of the items can be frozen and then reheated. Please reach out to us in case you want specifics on the products you ordered.
Not at the moment. All our baked good are made with Canadian Wheat flour. It takes some time to perfect gluten free recipies as the final outcome of the bread changes. We are working hard to develop some gluten free options in the future.

Not at the moment. We are working on developing some vegan recipies that hopefully we can offer soon.
